Spring break has already passed and as I return to the ceramics groove tomorrow, I plan to make more bowls that I will be able to sgraffito. I would like to do even more succulents and cacti on the bowls and incorporate these onto mugs as well. I generally hand build my mugs which is working well, but I wonder if the wheel would fit the sgraffito style on the mug instead of the cacti sculpted mugs I have been creating. I am also patiently awaiting my test tiles and some pieces to come out of the cone 6 firing so I can determine if I have created the right glaze for my bulbs and cacti mugs.
