Glaze test success!!! Three different glazes all with a lot of potential. I finally got the type of speckles I had been wanting for my vases and planters and had another successful glaze in the mix as well. The combination of rutile and ilmenite was perfect for the type of speckles and size that I wanted. Another glaze I tested from glazy called Alabama Rain turned out way more colorful than expected and although it may not work for my vases and planters, I definitely plan on using it for something else. Now that I have finally figured out my glaze, I can focus on figuring out how I want to draw on the vessels with china paint.
